  1. Hi Just a question for hand made pasta. If we make handmade pasta and we will not boil all the quantity of it how can we storage it ? and how many days…because it was not clear to understand it from the receipe. Thanks in advance , Caterina Michalou

    • Hi Katerina! You can freeze the quantity you do not need, for approx. 3 months. I usually make little bunches of pasta, let them freeze somewhere neatly, without touching each other and then store them in plastic container.
