I always felt they would be too “porky” as herbs and spices are not used in British cooking very much. But I am sure that if you try the right one they will be delicious!

Ακούγεται ενδιαφέρον, απλώς η ελαστικότητα της ζύμης εξαρτάται και από την υγρασία της αλλά και από την περιεκτικότητά της σε λιπαρά, οπότε δεν μπορείς να ξέρεις αν ήταν όντως το ξύδι.

I’d like one now. The last time I made meatloaf, I added some ground pork to the beef, and couldn’t believe what an improvement it made. I suppose that’s why so many recipes say to use both.
