They get an interesting flavour which is not so overpowering, but they are still bread rolls that I sreved for dinner with food.

Κουμκουατ βρισκω ευκολα αυτη την εποχη, αλλα μετσοβονε δεν υπαρχει περιπτωση. Για πεσ μου τωρα αν χρησιμοποιησω καπνιστη Scarmozza που ειναι αρκετα ξηρη αλλα εχει και το εντονο καπνιστο, λες να πλησιασω λιγο; Μηπως εχεις αλλη εναλλακτικη προταση για το τυρι; Η γκουντα μαλλον ειναι πολυ μαλακη!!
