		<description><![CDATA[Laurie and Nuria: the cheese is strong but that is why I just sprinkle a bit on top of the breads. They get an interesting flavour which is not so overpowering, but they are still bread rolls that I sreved for dinner with food.

		<description><![CDATA[Αχ Ιωαννα, απο τις πιο ωραιες σου προτασεις ειναι η σημερινη. Κουμκουατ βρισκω ευκολα αυτη την εποχη, αλλα μετσοβονε δεν υπαρχει περιπτωση.  Για πεσ μου τωρα αν χρησιμοποιησω καπνιστη Scarmozza που ειναι αρκετα ξηρη αλλα εχει και το εντονο καπνιστο, λες να πλησιασω λιγο; Μηπως εχεις αλλη εναλλακτικη προταση για το τυρι; Η γκουντα μαλλον ειναι πολυ μαλακη!!]]></description>
